These terms apply when you use our website or join a Pointours experience. Last updated: July 2026.
Pointours is a tour operator based in Rome, Italy (Via Germanico, 00192 Roma RM), offering guided tours, walking experiences and photography sessions in and around Rome.
Most Pointours experiences are booked through partner platforms such as GetYourGuide or TripAdvisor. When you book through a platform, that platform processes your payment and its booking, cancellation and refund terms apply alongside these terms. The applicable cancellation window is always shown on the listing you book: check it before confirming.
For direct arrangements made by email, the details we confirm in writing (price, date, meeting point, inclusions) form your booking.
Please arrive at the meeting point at the confirmed time; late arrival may shorten your experience where entry slots are timed by the venue. Monuments such as the Colosseum and Vatican Museums apply their own security rules, dress codes and bag policies, which all guests must follow.
Tours typically run rain or shine. If a venue closure, strike or safety issue outside our control affects your experience, we will propose an alternative time, an equivalent experience, or follow the refund process of the platform you booked through.
Photos and videos we deliver from your experience are yours for personal use. The content of this website (text, images, branding) belongs to Pointours or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission.
We host experiences with licensed, experienced guides and take guest safety seriously. To the extent permitted by Italian law, Pointours is not liable for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including venue closures, transport disruption and weather.
